A deeply relaxing and rejuvenating practice to ground you back into your body.

Conscious Bathing is a relaxing, restorative and self-reflective experience that blends hot / cold exposure with conscious breathwork, in the bathtub.

Use these videos to guide you through the process. The first two are useful introductions to watch if it is your first time doing this practice. Once you have watched those, you can use the third video to guide you through the actual Conscious Bathing experience itself.
